Jack H. Anthony holds a bachelor of science degree in psychology and a master of arts degree in psychology from the University of Dallas in addition to a juris doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. Mr. Anthony has worked at a private school for children with learning disabilities, has considerable experience with the administration and scoring of standardized academic, aptitude and personality tests and has held an instructor’s credential with the California Community Colleges in the subject matters of law and psychology since 1984.
Mr. Anthony has almost twenty years of experience as a litigation attorney, is presently on the appointment panel of the Juvenile Court of the California Superior Court and has represented numerous children of all ages in presenting civil claims associated with neglect and abuse. Mr. Anthony has received Martindale-Hubbell's highest AV rating of legal abilities and professional ethics. The Martindale-Hubbell AV rating indicates very high to pre-eminent legal ability and very high ethical standards as established by confidential opinions from members of the Bar.
Mr. Anthony is presently a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Consumer Attorneys of California and the Los Angeles County Bar Association in addition to the State Bar of California. He has been admitted to practice law in the State of California since 1984 and has been admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit United States Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Central District of California since 1985.
